Songmaker Frank Smith passed away March 13, 2021 at his home in Salem Oregon.

Frank was the quiet guy who sat in the back row at the hoots strumming his big bicentennial Martin guitar.  When called upon he would sing one of his favorite Country Western songs.  His wife, Mary would be nearby smiling while playing her gutbucket.

Frank earned the title Mr. Chairman as he owned twenty folding chairs that he would willingly lend (and deliver) for any occasion. In fact, Frank was always ready to answer any request for help.

Frank was a true and loyal friend and our condolences go to Mary and their family.
