Topanga is still in emergency mode.

The Community House is a central staging area for Fire Fighters.

Our roads are available to residence only -with soft closures or hard closures depending on the wind vulnerabilities for threat of fire.

Not at Topanga Community Center as usual

But at Ellen Sway’s apartment at
