Hosted by Douglas Kerr and Linda Szitkar. \nWe handle attendance through Eventbrite.com. Only guests with tickets may attend. Tickets and attendance are free but limited. Tickets are available on a first come\, first served basis. The address will be made available to ticket holders. There will be email reminders before the tickets become available as well as an email reminder with a link to the Eventbrite page after the tickets become available. We added an Eventbrite waiting list in case you don’t get in immediately. Please do not email requests for admission. Handling attendance this way is still new to us. Your patience with our learning process is appreciated. \nMore information about our song circle\, including the location\, is on our Google website\, Los Feliz Acoustic Music Club. You can also join our Facebook group to see the information there. Eventbrite software allows us to create an RSVP window so that an opportunity to attend does not depend on when you read the announcement. The RSVP window will open at 8 PM on Monday\, February 9\, 2026. If you don’t already have a Eventbrite account it would be prudent to create your account before the RSVP window opens. SUMMARY:Instrumental Music Song Circle - Thousand Oaks
DESCRIPTION:Instrumental Music Song Circle is not a Songmakers event\, although several Songmakers members attend. This song circle is led by Pat Cronin and Bob Bueling (Sympatico Music). It is hosted by John Vanselow\, the IM store owner. It is open to all levels of musicians from the general public. It is held inside the store on the THIRD WEDNESDAY of every month from 6-9pm. \nThe group isbled by Pat Cronin and Bob Bueling (Sympatico Music)\, from 6-9pm\, on the 3rd Wednesday of every month. Our next meeting is Wednesday\, September 17\, 2025. If anyone has a question they can contact Pat Cronin at (805)-236-7958\, or John Vanselow at the store (805) 496-3774. If attending\, please be on time – before 6pm – because the store closes at 6pm. \nArmless chairs are provided. No food or drink is provided. Bring your own water to drink\, instruments\, music\, and music stands. \nAll genres of music are welcome. \nPLEASE BE ON TIME AND PREPARED when it is your turn to play a song; tune your instrument and select your songs ahead of time. Arrive and set up your gear BEFORE 6pm because the store closes to its customers at 6pm and the front door is closed. You will be allowed to make purchases from John during the song circle. We usually have 10-12 musicians and a good variety of music.
