Annual Roundup and Elections

Songmakers!  All Songmakers’ members are invited! Please join us at Roundup!  (This is Songmakers’ official, annual meeting. Only members can attend. Guests can join Songmakers at the door. Membership dues are $10 per year per household.)

Every Songmaker is invited to vote for the new board members and do what Songmakers do best… make music!! New venue this year: St. Luke Lutheran Church.  (5312 Comercio Way, Woodland Hills CA 91364) 

2026 Roundup Schedule:

  • 10am: Setup (The Board)
  • 12pm: Arrival
  • 12pm-3pm: Jamming (2:30 end time in Dining Area)
  • 3pm-5pm: Concert 
  • 5:30pm-6:30pm: Dinner
  • 6:30pm-7pm: Clean-up
  • 7pm-8:40pm: Jamming
  • 8:40pm-9pm: Final clean-up
  • 9:00pm: Lock the doors

There will be:

  1. Several rooms for song circles giving everyone a chance to play and sing.
  2. An area set up for you to bring music-related items for sale or give-away.
  3. Dinner (sandwiches, chips, sides, and desserts) will be provided for RSVP’d guests, and is included in your membership dues. Coffee, tea, lemonade, and water will be provided throughout the day. RSVP by February 18th to reserve your meal (send an email to ballots@songmakers.org)
  4. A concert by and for you, the members. If you’re interested in performing, send an email to ballots@songmakers.org to reserve your slot.
  5. Election for the board of directors.
